Tell the story in a few lines.
Start with your business name and a short description of what you do. Mention the clients you serve, your existing offering and why you’re looking at a new range. A little context makes a product enquiry much more useful.
Name the categories you’re considering.
You might be exploring tanning solutions, skincare, supplements or a combination. If you’re still deciding, say so. It’s fine to begin with an area of interest rather than a finished product list.
Bring the practical questions.
Ask about current availability, product specifications, pack sizes, minimum quantities and pricing. If timing matters, include that too. Delivery costs, payment terms and order conditions should be clear before an order is confirmed.
Keep a note of the next step.
Once you’ve had the first conversation, write down the information you’re waiting for and what your business needs to review. A considered decision is easier when the details are in one place.
